Refund policy

We want you to feel happy with your order.

Because many of our pieces are handmade, small-batch, or one-of-a-kind, please look over your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, email us within 14 days of delivery at ripplesforkids@gmail.com so we can help.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because our inventory is limited, we may not always be able to offer an exact exchange. If another size or style is available, we’ll be happy to help you choose a replacement.

Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return and approve your refund, the purchase amount will be sent back to the original payment method.
